“Want to,” “No,” “Want to,” “Want to,” “Want to,” “No,” “Why,” “It’s my period.”… I’ve been in this environment since I was conscious, so I’ve never particularly thought about being unhappy. Making my brother ejaculate has become my daily routine. I don’t think my relationship with my brother is particularly unnatural, more like something inevitable. However, I need to decide on my future soon. Should I leave home, or go to university nearby? Should I abandon my troublesome brother, or continue to take care of him a little longer? Abandoning thought, I suck my brother’s penis again today.

Well, Kokoro is pure and undeniably beautiful. The setting is that she handles her NEET brother's sexual needs like housework, while secretly liking him. Kokoro's restrained acting also shines. The brother gets back on his feet and leaves home, and Kokoro also moves on from her brother, and the final sex scene is supposed to be filled with emotion… but it all ends up back where it started. It's a somewhat bittersweet ending. It draws you in. A victory for the script. It's also a victory for Kokoro's acting. It's not cathartic, but it's a really good work. No hesitation, five stars. Definitely a keeper.
If you're just looking for erotic scenes, it delivers. But overall, you could also call it a social commentary drama. The ending is a despairing loop, but you can interpret it as a happy ending if you choose not to dwell on it. I thought it was a well-crafted piece. Seriously, a masterpiece.
Her melancholic acting is superb. You can really see Kokoro's brilliance as an actress. The devoted way she caters to her NEET brother is great. There's a straightforward scene in the brother's room, a silent scene in the bathroom, a passionate scene in the living room at the end, and you get to see so many different sides of Kokoro, which is really satisfying. There aren't any scenes that feel forced. Personally, I loved the scene where she's just held in the brother's room. While passionate Kokoro is good, just being held for her brother's sake… that was amazing. This is a masterpiece, I'm telling you.
The story and acting are seriously amazing. It's incredibly exciting to watch her follow instructions while radiating a sense of disgust. Definitely a keeper.
*The daily work of Kokoro Asano, a beautiful girl in uniform, and her NEET brother's sexual treatment. It's been rated relatively high, but I personally want to see her in real life, so I'm giving it a bit of a low rating. I think it would have been even better if the brother and sister had changed their minds in the second half. For example, when Kokoro Asano falls ill, her older brother takes care of her, albeit awkwardly. Then something like brother-sister love develops, and the two begin to fall in love with each other intensely. Otherwise, it's quite disappointing as a supporter of Kokoro Asano, the little sister who is putting her body on the line.
