Kamiki Rei (24), an office worker at a design firm in Tokyo, visited a health check-up as a welfare benefit. However, the clinic was staffed only by perverted doctors, and she ended up receiving a secretly sexually harassing health check-up. Examination items included vision, auscultation, breasts, gynecology, dentistry, physical examination, urine, and blood tests. Please view the scene through video footage taken by a hidden camera operated by the perverted doctor. ... The mystery of life, the mystery of life.

To be honest, I think this work will be divisive. However, it's a work that really resonates with those who like it. The setting of 'Dokuhara Health Check' is something you know can't happen in reality, but it's somehow decadent and hard to look away from. Within that, Rei Kamiki shows not just a frightened victim, but a raw emotional expression layered with confusion, shame, rejection, and desperate attempts to maintain reason. What's particularly impressive is her performance without uttering a sound. Covering her mouth, shifting her gaze, and only her body reacting honestly—this 'endurance' runs throughout the entire film, strongly stimulating the viewer's imagination. Each scene progressing under the guise of a health check pushes the boundaries between realism and exaggeration. Auscultation, dental check, physical measurement, urine test… you think 'that can't be right' for each one, but the persuasiveness of Kamiki's bewildered expression forcefully pulls you into the story. I especially want to praise the visuals. The 4K resolution isn't just about highlighting exposure, but meticulously capturing skin texture, sweat, breathing, and the tremor of her gaze. As many reviews have mentioned, showing angles and parts of the body that aren't usually seen further emphasizes the 'strength of the raw material' of the actress Rei Kamiki. I can understand why the latter half of the story is divisive. There were scenes where the direction, dialogue, or the presence of the male actor were distracting, and moments that broke the immersion. Nevertheless, Rei Kamiki's acting ability, maintaining her role and emotional core until the very end, is a great value of this work. Overall, this work isn't for everyone. But, for those who are attracted to Shame Endurance Silent collapse Sensuality expressed through facial expressions It will be a very memorable work. Not the type to 'fall apart spectacularly,' but an acting performance that quietly and surely descends. That is what I think is Rei Kamiki's greatest charm and the unique allure of this work.
The extreme close-ups are amazing. The oral footage really hits the spot. I liked them announcing her weight too, though it was partially obscured. It would've been even better if we could've clearly seen the needle on the scale.
I really like this kind of slow-paced r●pe content because it's immersive. It's beautiful and really cute how Shin-ki Rei doesn't resist much even though she's reluctant and feels everything.
This work includes an oral scene, and there's a scene where the inside of the mouth is shown in extreme close-up with a probe lens (like an endoscope). This is a subtle detail, but oral fetishists will be happy to see that it captures the part they wanted to see most in other health check-up themed content. A close-up of the pussy that can be seen in 4K is rare even in works specializing in oral fetishism, making it valuable.
Rei-san's acting was really realistic, which was good. I wish they had done it in a bright room instead of a completely dark room at the end. It's hard to see her beautiful body.
