START-473 - Popular race queen Kamiki Rei dominated by inducement light

*I've been waiting a long time for the next work, so I'd like to write a quick review before the new work comes out. This work was made before Kamiki-san adjusted his schedule! It can be said that Kamiki is no stranger to dealing with the theme of "control." This is my second time playing the role, so the most difficult part is playing the role of the one being dominated and trying not to let out any NG without bursting into laughter! Kamiki-san, I think his acting ability comes from overcoming that. I think that's why I'm able to give form to such difficult themes. Acting satisfies the fans' possessiveness and delusions about their idols. In the work, you can enjoy Kamiki-san's ``Gap Moe'' appearances (such as animal cosplay) and Kuroki Kaoru style (like that funny armpit hair!), and I feel like I got to see a new side of Kamiki-san. Both are a nice step up for her acting!

Seems like a title for core fans who will either love it or hate it. Personally, I really enjoyed it – the unrealistic vibe was great. Also, Kamiki-san's shy smile was memorable. I wonder if she didn't drink any alcohol this time around…

This isn't a work about admiring race queens. If you're expecting that, you'll be disappointed. This is a 'purely about forcing Kamiki Reira and enjoying it' kind of work. If that's enough, the thin plot isn't a problem. Actually, a story about a rookie part-timer who dreams of being a race queen having her 'dreams fulfilled first' through forcing would have been way more compelling. There's this powerful tool of forcing, but the direction could have been so much more. Overwriting the 'grammar of aspiration' of a race queen with forcing, manipulating gazes, changing demeanor, controlling the atmosphere of the venue – there were endless possibilities. And the depiction of the cameramen. I wanted to feel like 'the guys filming genuinely idolized the RQs.' Without that, it just feels like they gave actors cameras. The camera isn't a proxy for desire. It lacks the nuance of 'awe and longing' for the subject. Heat only arises when drama is in the gaze, whether at the venue or through the camera. That's all I wished for. But Kamiki Reira's presence is definitely still there. That part, as always, is strong.

The forced situation was good. Seeing the beautiful Reira's butt cracks counted and her armpit hair filmed was a major turn-on. But Reira was so good that the two male actors were a letdown. The manager/girlfriend actor's acting was so bad it killed the mood every time he appeared. Just flat delivery and stiff acting ruined the high. The guy doing the forcing was also super loud and annoying. I wanted to enjoy Reira's hot scenes, but he was just so irritating. Like with this director's other works, there's a lot of bluish lighting and weird camera work, making it hard to watch. Bring back the previous director.

I absolutely love the sensory beam series and always look forward to the next release, but this one feels completely out of place. Making the protagonist a race queen is questionable to begin with. The girls in this series are usually well-bred, pure, hardworking, and have good personalities, but this one lacks all of that because of her profession. Plus, her having a romantic relationship with the manager and seemingly accepting sex in the dressing room... it's just off. The lighting also isn't natural, and there are scenes that clearly look like they were shot in a studio or on a set, with heavy makeup and brightly colored costumes – it feels like it's taking cues from other sensory works, which is disappointing. And honestly, the armpit hair in the final scene? Completely unnecessary.
