There aren't many sex scenes; as the title suggests, it's about being humiliated under the guise of a health checkup. All three actresses have their own solo works, but their makeup and style here made them look like ordinary people, giving off a 'new female teacher' vibe, which I liked. Personally, Hanakari's urine collection scene was the best. She has a cute face, but the imbalance of her large nipples and areolas, slightly saggy breasts, and a soft, protruding belly is top-tier. I wish they had shown it from the front for longer, but I finished a lot just from this scene (lol). Oh, Honda and Sano's urine collection scenes were good too. Considering there were enough male actors for the doctor and teacher roles, I wish there had been a few more sex scenes. I like these health checkup themes—they're unique to AV.

I bought this for Mai Hanakari because she reminds me of a young, beautiful woman I used to know. In this film, Mai is subjected to all sorts of shameless acts under the guise of a health checkup. At the beginning, she's so lively and cute before the exam. Once she's in her underwear, her face clouds over, and she's completely stiff when she's measured fully nude. She's not exactly voluptuous, but her slender, fair skin and modest curves are the definition of a girl-next-door beauty. Halfway through, she has to leave to support the lab, so she rushes off-screen fully nude and never returns. The other two beauties are great too, but if you're here for Mai, check out her solo titles as well.

I don't know if the 'tampon during period' setting is meant for a niche audience, but it's a turn-off for me. Whether it's a new teacher or a new nurse, they're doing the same things, so it feels very repetitive. The rest just depends on whether you like the actress. The full-body palpation and ECG exams were still good. For the ECG, they should go back to the early days—not just the chest area, but attaching suction cups below the navel, or teasing her by touching her genitals to make her endure it.

The actress's skin and figure were great. But the story is pretty cliché.
