It felt kind of lost. After Sadistic Village released a masterpiece, they've been churning out mediocre stuff for two years. The previous work was good, but it feels unbalanced and like they crammed too much in, resulting in a safe, predictable piece. I think medical check-up stuff *always* needs a urine test. Especially from Sadistic Village. I want them to make AVs that give you a sense of guilt and transgression, and they can leave the more standard AV or variety-show-style stuff to SOD's female employees. So please, make something that really stimulates those feelings of guilt and taboo. ○Things I didn't like ・No urine test I want to see the shame of peeing and being watched. And it would be great if she cried. I know you can't fulfill every request with the resources you have, but leaving out the urine test is a bad call. It's not even a work that's selling sex, so you can cut the sexual stuff. Please, include the urine test. ・Keep the urine test and ejaculation separate I think if the urine supply is going to be low, the ejaculation isn't necessary. You can always do arousal acting with a massage after the urine test. ・Stop with the partially undressing and dressing Like in the previous work, I want her to take all her clothes off at the beginning, like when they were measuring her bust. Something feels off since the initial vaccination. ・The treadmill should be done barefoot I don't want her to wear shoes. ○Good points ・Lots of full nudity Even though she's partially undressing and dressing, I'm happy that it's mostly bare feet and full nudity. There aren't many good points because I was disappointed, but I'm looking forward to the next installment.

This was really good. The injection leading into the medical check-up... that flow is just *chef's kiss*. All three of them were great, and I got so turned on watching it over and over. Please, try doing it with a private school entrance exam concept!
