Having seen the original work, this is my first time seeing Nana Aida, but she feels a bit too young for this particular production.
I didn't have high expectations for the live-action adaptation, but Aida-san was fantastic. I was satisfied with the story, though I do wish the outdoor festival scene had been directed a bit better.
