It was a light and cheerful story, which was nice. But this actress is seriously stunning. The sex scenes where she completely controls the guy were pretty good.
I don't want to complain, but if they're going to claim to respect the source material, they should have cast actresses who actually *look* like the characters. It's a shame, because it had potential to be a keeper.
When she wears glasses, Shinui Rima is like a completely different person. She even changes the way she speaks to fit her role, it's really good. And then her appearance without glasses in the latter half is just amazing. The male actor also has a good vibe and acts well, and the sex scenes were erotic and enjoyable. You can hear sounds of them having sex every night, and other tenants are gossiping like "Here we go again!", and it shows the back of them talking. Ayane's room and the man's room are next to each other on the second floor, corner rooms. It's a bit unnatural for another tenant to walk down a dead-end corner room. Because of a single comment, I briefly misunderstood that Ayane was sleeping around with different men. Is Shinui Rima from the Kansai region? Her accent is a little different from standard Japanese in places, but Ayane might also be from a rural area, so that's fine. The story and character development were good, so I watched the whole thing without fast-forwarding. It's an AV, but even story-driven ones often have sloppy scripts, so it was nice to see a well-made one. However, I really hope they reflect on the fact that it will fail if they don't collaborate with the manga. I have almost no complaints, but as someone who doesn't know the original work, the manga panels that appear in between pull me back to reality. For example, you don't see that in live-action manga films. If they think they need to do that to satisfy both AV fans and original fans, they're delusional. Couldn't they just show the panels in the OP or ED?
I personally thought it was good! Shinui Rima-chan, starring in "The Neighbor Ayane". I'm not familiar with the original work. 1 hour 58 minutes, I watched it carefully without fast-forwarding. The subtle neighborly relationship between Munon (Rima-chan) and Keigo. They have sex, but they're not celebrities or lovers. Unlimited sex at Munon's room, Keigo's room, and a hotel. Includes swallowing. With a condom. Unprotected sex. The novelist Munon, Keigo's "Become mine", "I want to continue this relationship". "I'll keep the room next to me for Keigo-san". "I've gotten involved with a troublesome person," says Keigo. Overall, I enjoyed Rima-chan's eroticism and stickiness.
