To be honest, maybe because she's wearing a mask, but you really see a lot of caregivers who look like this. I actually worked as a caregiver for a while, and all the people around me were cute like this, so it brought back memories – 'Oh yeah, there was someone like that.' Her smile was kind, and she really gave off caregiver vibes. The acting was also incredibly natural and immersive. But if I had to pick something, the actress's acting was *so* good that it made some parts feel unrealistic for a caregiver. Caregivers generally don't wear nails, piercings, or necklaces to avoid getting injured or causing injury to others. But this actress had a really flashy manicure. And, you wouldn't see a caregiver doing a bath assist without bringing a change of clothes – a t-shirt and shorts.

To be honest, this actress's face isn't really my type. But her talent in 2D work is undeniable. I bought this because it was a mask-themed piece, and I was blown away by Enachi's acting. The way she maintains the character of a shy and reserved caregiver while diving into the erotic is just genius. The bath assist scene felt like a 90-minute, 20,000 yen hostess bar experience, but her plump, white skin was gorgeous, and the subtle hand movements were really suggestive. The scene in Chapter 2 where the owner pulls down her pants, and the stain on her light blue panties, was a nice touch too. She takes off her mask at 48:54. I didn't think she was my type, but after watching it so many times and getting sucked into the Enachi world, she started to look cute – that's just a guy thing, I guess, haha. The freestyle does have a bit of a quality drop, but the transition from standing back to the side bed is smooth and realistic, as you'd expect. It was a really immersive and high-quality work that exceeded my expectations. Totally worth it.

This is truly a "Healing Angel"!! You absolutely have to like this!! The free-moving camera allows you to freely roam around and have sex, changing positions without cuts – it's "Freestyle VR". This installment also lets you experience realistic sex as you move freely around the toilet, bathroom, and various corners of the room. What sets this series apart is that you can also enjoy story elements. As the title, "Healing Angel," suggests, you'll be completely healed by the kindness of Ena Sayuki. She cares for me, unable to move, and even offers passionate care when needed. And her shy and blushing innocence is just adorable!! She's so cute! The bathroom scene. When I told her I was excited looking at her body, she blushed and happily said, "I've never been told that before," making my heart flutter. And when she said, "I'm happy I feel closer to you than before," I completely fell for her!! There's no way you wouldn't like this. Within the first 30 minutes of Chapter 1, my heart was completely stolen, leading to a passionate encounter in the room. It's cute how she shyly suggests continuing from where we left off, and how she uses rehabilitation as an excuse, but it feels like Ena also wants it. And then, the passionate sex while being shy and blushing. The contrast between this innocent girl moaning intensely, moving around, changing positions, and repeatedly asking for it was incredibly exciting. It's also great how Ena, who was embarrassed to show her bare face and wore a mask, finally takes it off towards the end, as if releasing her feelings. The doggy style with her bare face was the climax, and it was amazing how she begged, "Don't go!" and repeatedly kissed me!! She flawlessly portrays a reserved and innocent character, different from her usual bright and cheerful image, without changing her speech even once. It's just so cute, it makes you fall for a character in a work of fiction… It was a masterful performance that once again made me realize Ena is a genius!

I have a mask fetish. Or, I think all actresses would be fine if only their eyes were visible. Everything below the nose could be mosaic-blurred like a sample from an amateur video. There are just too many actresses with great bodies but disappointing faces. I'm really happy when they wear masks.

I like this actress, but it's a shame you can't see her face. TT TT
