SDDE-370 - Sexual desire treatment clinic 8: True inside ejaculation department

I personally really liked Kanon Takizawa in this one. Her partner, Sugiura, uses a neat trick where he pulls out right before climaxing to finish on her pubic hair, then immediately re-inserts. The close-up of her crotch afterward was incredibly erotic. Kanae Ruka also put in a great performance with her black partner. Overall, I think it's a pretty solid release.

Cast: Maria Ono, Kanon Takizawa, Ryu Enami, Ruka Kanae. Ruka Kanae at the end was absolutely amazing.

The first nurse segment is the best in the series. Despite declaring in the interview that she's off the pill to conceive, her dedication to accepting massive amounts of sperm during 'treatment'—fully prepared to carry a stranger's child—is truly exemplary. Other entries in this series unnecessarily highlight the use of birth control, which is a turn-off, but this one flips that trope, and I hope to see more of it. If I had to ask for more, I wish they delved deeper into the 'no pill/prepared for pregnancy' aspect. I wanted to hear questions like what she'd do if she got pregnant by a patient or if her husband is aware. Also, I would've loved a plot where she's interviewed on a fertile day, tries to stick to reception duties to avoid pregnancy, but ends up forced into treatment due to staff shortages, gets unprotected internal ejaculations from multiple patients, and later discovers she's pregnant.

The contrast between the serious interview segments and the chaotic treatment scenes is excellent. Personally, the interview parts alone are enough to get me off.

I've always been a huge fan of Maria Ono, and this work was excellent. She goes through several partners in a short time, but her reaction is noticeably different—and so erotic—only when a well-endowed actor shows up. This is definitely going into my personal rotation.
